India has to achieve the target of skilling upskilling 150 million people by 2022. He further explains skill gap as ‘the phrase skill gap refers to redefining the relationship between education industry and business. In simple terms a skill gap can be defined as the difference between the skills needed for a job versus those skills possessed by a prospective worker.
